AutoNOC China, Ltd. Launches AutoNOC 2.0 in Southern China
AutoNOC China partner Carnation Technology puts on Seminar in Guangzhou

ATLANTA, GA, December 30, 2002 – Carnation Technology, Ltd. held a launch seminar for AutoNOC 2.0 in Guangzhou today. The featured speaker was Harry Cochran of AutoNOC China. Ltd. Forty-eight prospective customers attended the seminar from thirty different companies that included China Unicom, China Southern Airways, Guangdong Guang-Dian Power Grid Group, South China Financial and Nan Hai Shi Power to name a few.

David Jia, Managing Director of Carnation, opened the seminar. He said, “We are very excited to be working with AutoNOC to introduce a new generation of monitoring solution to the Chinese market. We strongly believe that the benefits of AutoNOC 2.0’s fully integrated solution to the problems of network, system and application monitoring will benefit Chinese IT organizations very directly.” Mr. Cochran presented AutoNOC 2.0 with particular focus on the features and benefits of the product. According to Mr. Cochran, “AutoNOC 2.0 is the first monitoring solution to deliver WISE, Web-based, Integrated, Scalable and Easy to install, maintain and use. That’s why it leads the next generation after the “framework” platforms that have attempted to deliver a solution based on many different point products.”

Three prospective customers signed up to evaluate AutoNOC 2.0 in their environments on the spot! According to Key Kwok, CEO of Carnation, “We see a big market for AutoNOC in China. We plan to organize a launch seminar with AutoNOC China in Shanghai in Q1 2003 and then follow that up with an event in Beijing a little later in the Spring.”
