Fully Integrated Operations Management Solution
Are you running many different operations management packages today? Prior to deploying AutoNOC many of our customers have told us they run as many as six different applications! Have you considered how inefficient it is to purchase, setup, and maintain many different packages? If not, some of the inefficiencies we have run across include:
  • Significant Software and Maintenance Costs
  • Increased Hardware and Power Costs
  • Time Consuming to Get New Employees Up to Speed
  • High Training Costs for New Employees
  • Rejection of Tools By Users Because of Complexity
  • Reduction of the Benefits of Operations Tools

The simple fact of the matter is that using many different tools can present a training and integration nightmare! Our vision and goal is to provide our customers with personalized, convenient, fun, and easy access to all operations tools via a single web portal.

AutoNOC's Feature Set
AutoNOC's functionality is broken down into several key features that are each implemented as a user accessible tab.

Integrated Feature Set

AutoNOC's major features are described below:

  • Investigate
Root cause, top to bottom drilldown, instant graphing, and quick viewing of events. This is the primary troubleshooting display that the help desk and technicians use. It can be learned in as little as 20 minutes!
  • Observe
This is the bottom-up display showing a live event ticker as things happen on the network. This gives the user a feel for things happening in real-time.
  • Visualize
Provides clickable, interactive global and LAN maps of the network. These maps transform all events into human readable displays thereby simplifying the amount of time it takes to understand what is happening.
  • Analyze
Provides access and control of computationally sophisticated analysis such as long term health improvement trends and other features.
  • Design
Provides network model customization and design features to maintain the model.
  • Configure
Provides access to all administrator related capabilities of the software such as adding users.
